✨MY WHY??✨
Based on statistics, my life was suppose to have failed when I was born. Born to a 14 yr old, adopted, miscarriage & abusive relationship at 16, teen pregnancy at 18, I suffered from severe depression, anxiety with panic attacks several times a day and PTSD but I obtained 2 degrees, my social work license, started 2 businesses and my daughter owns her own business at 16!!

✨Why I provide life coaching?✨
As a therapist, I worked with so many people who was in therapy for years or knew what was going on with them mentally and why but got stuck trying to fix “their issue” instead of working through them while achieving their goals. I realized they only needed help with understanding how to use the tools they had to maintain their mental health along with some help to create plans for their goals and hold them accountable through the process which is life coaching and not therapy.
