Taking the plunge and switching as most have during the pandemic... From Sourcing and production in apparel to now baking.
And now onto baking and whatnot
I moved back to Sénégal. My mind got flooded with memories from my childhood.
What better ways to revisit those memories than food. These were somewhat easy to find but I noticed they were overlooked for nicely packaged snacks.
I set out to create snacks 2.0 with African ingredients and flavors. And CLUSTER was born to bring people to revisit these memories and/or create new ones.
I'm in no way a trained Chef but that shouldn't be a deterrent to starting a business.
