ABOUT ME:
Born in Gujarat, India and raised in the American Midwest, my life’s legacy is to empower individuals to embrace their unique diversity as leaders to deliver bold innovative results. An alumni of University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) and graduated with pre-law/political science.

As a multi-faceted entrepreneur/executive, I have experience working with diverse populations, increasing cultural competency and inspiring people to be inclusive change agents while transforming organizational/regional cultures driving innovation and sustainable outcomes.

As a consultant, speaker, coach, community engager, podcaster and author, I drive impact through raw, inspiring and interactive experiences. I focus on bringing the diversity pendulum back into balance while showcasing the value of leveraging diverse human capital strategically via equity, inclusion and engagement solutions.
