👠 I was the first and the only woman in Kyokushin Kai (full contact karate ) national team. Guys were the only option for preparing for the competition or do basic sparing. So, doesn't matter are you a woman or not, are you the only one or you have a team, if you have a vision and a goal, everything is possible
