My Why
Working with women 45 and over. I was very stuck in my life no direction, no identity no where to turn. I felt like no one really understood my perspective until I sought Inner Healing.

This made me realise there are so many women like me who have no idea how they can finally set themselves free from the shackles ⛓so they can 🦅 SOAR to new heights.

Who Am I
After releasing a lot of family trauma, I knew this was where my passion lay and I wanted to give this gift of freedom to other women. Qualified social worker, always giving and helping others, what better way to be of service 🎖

Mother of 3, Nan 👵 of 7 I live between UK 🇬🇧 and Florida 🇺🇸, widow to a US 🎖Marine.
