As a part of Ayurvedic practitioner family I utilize Ayurvedic principles and ingredients in my recipes👩🏽‍🎓I am a Student of life and always searching and practicing ways to reach higher consciousness. Other than creating food, I love hiking, 🧘🏽‍♂️practicing yoga, 🚵🏼‍♀️biking, 💫stargazing🚶🏽‍♀️walking with my daughter.
