1. Hospitality management consultant/ Executive chef -building resilient & sustainable organizations.
2. Owning and developing real estate.

My sister and I repurposed parts of our hotel to give troubled youth & refugee-kids housing and vocational training.
We provided them with a supportive local community network as we all worked together cooking and serving locally foraged and harvested foods to our neighbors. (From whom we “scrumped”the apples, nettles, dandelions, rosehips , roenberries etc)
The former hotel & restaurant Villa Talliden in Stockholm,Sweden is now a hub for sustainable product development and co-creation.
We always have room for more co-creators so reach out if you can think of a way we, as planet keepers, and lovers of food can move forward together.
