Jason Cherubini, CPA, CMA, CGMA, MBA is the co-founder and CFO/COO of Dawn's Light Media, and the founder of Seraphim Associates International. He holds faculty appointments in the United States and Germany, as well as currently pursuing a doctorate degree.
Dawn’s Light Media is a media financing and production company focusing primarily on feature films in the thriller and action genres. Films include Black Water (starring Jean Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren) and the much-publicized new release Money Plane (starring Kelsey Grammer and Adam "Edge" Copeland of the WWE).
Seraphim Associates International is a financial and operational consulting firm working with startup and early stage technology companies, especially those in the educational and creative spaces.
His research has been published in numerous academic journals and he regularly provides expert opinion and commentary to higher education publishers and financial publications including Forbes, The Economist, and Financial Management Magazine
