๐น After decades in the corporate environment, it was no longer meeting my needs so I went back to grad school to learn to use what my counselors taught me and โpay it forwardโ!
๐น I was loving my work as a therapist helping adolescents, nurses, physicians and other professionals heal from trauma, addiction, burnout, perfectionism, etc. until I hit my own brick wall of burnout. ๐ฃ
