🔹 I’ve been through inpatient treatment for compulsive sexual behavior & recovered from it and the trauma driving it. 🙏
🔹 After decades in the corporate environment, it was no longer meeting my needs so I went back to grad school to learn to use what my counselors taught me and “pay it forward”!
🔹 I was loving my work as a therapist helping adolescents, nurses, physicians and other professionals heal from trauma, addiction, burnout, perfectionism, etc. until I hit my own brick wall of burnout. 😣
🔹 Now I’ve recovered and want to help others reclaim their lives and live a life of complete joy, love and passion and TOTAL WELLBEING! 💯🔥🌟♥️
