💟I am a devoted Mum and wife looking after everyone else and forgetting about myself with no life force, no clarity and lost my why. Sometimes we need a trigger to help us find our way back to ourselves. My trigger was grief. Through grief I realised that I needed to find myself, and through that process and working on my own personal self development, I have been able to reclaim my life back, rekindle My why and Find my Purpose.
