9 years ago, 245lbs and severely diabetic, I decided to heal myself through nutrition and fitness. At the time I did not understand that NUTRITION had to be at the forefront of my journey and that working out alone was leading nowhere fast.

I tried and eventually failed every diet from Starvation to Keto to Paleo! Now my focus & foundation is eating delicious Nutrient Dense foods for Optimal Health.

I Intentionally took myself off of 3 injectables and 3 oral medications (which only covered the symptoms) and used fasting and nutritious food to resolve my own diabetes.

Having dropped over 65lbs, I am happier, healthier, and stronger than I have ever been in my entire life. I went from a very dark & depressive state to one that is full of limitless potential. I saved my OWN life now the SAGA continues....
