We are women with a passion to shed light and ignite conversation about the mental, emotional and physical changes that occur in midlife. Age is only a state of mind! We’re here to bring you hope, confidence and maybe a little laughter too!
This is a safe space for women of all generations to join in Real Talk about the myths and mysteries of life in the “third season,” a.k.a. Midlife.
You don’t have to do it alone, sis! We welcome Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. We are better together!
We host rooms on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15am ET.
