In addition to opioid treatments, Doctors, Therapists and Scientists have been developing interruption processes with Iboga/Ibogaine as alternative medicine for methamphetamine, alcohol, and other addictions. Communities are starting to incorporate these tools into a multidisciplinary healing approach to substance abuse with confidence, given proper screening, preparation, clinical care and safety protocols.
The “freedom root” is not a one-size-fits all option for addiction interruption.
