Hi Iโ€™m Sam Clinical Hypnotherapist and Habits of Happiness Coach I help women to uncover the habitual pattern that are keeping them in patterns of overwhelm and procrastination to break free and create the life the truly desire, through my simple seven step coaching program.

Through Integrating the science of happiness, mindfulness, with powerful coaching tools creating consistency and cultivating positive emotional, spiritual and mental habits, helping increase their happiness and bring their vision into reality.

This program is a combination of research from the science of happiness, heart maths, mindfulness, and the studies into the mind and body connection. It has been delivered to the youth sector, schools, charity sectors and through my private courses.

The aim of the program is to help you develop an awareness of your own unique ability of happiness, building the foundation of new positive habits and creating a personal practice with a view to you applying these in your everyday life.

These life skills can really help with the anxiety, stress and feelings of overwhelm caused by the concern and changes in daily life.
