Environmental engineering grad. 🌿 Environmental lawyer for 20+ years; environmental lobbyist for 10. Helped pass major federal environmental legislation in 2016 🎉, and then decided to focus on my creative side. 👩🏻🎨
Studied baking and pastry. 🍰 Became Culinary Instructor at Sur la Table.
