I am a survivor and sometimes the rip current of depression, anxiety, ADHD and PTSD can pull me so hard I am unable to focus on anything else. But each time that happens, I rise and I love sharing those moments with others. I am determined to not be defined solely by my health and mental health challenges but rather to turn that into my personal power and then pouring into others who have walked a similar journey.

The doctors are wrong when they see you as an illness and treat only the illness. They must first see you as a person and when you think they aren't doing that, you are probably right. Continue to seek out those who will listen, who will agree to get to know you.

♾LEARNING: Gratitude, retraining my negative thoughts, moving forward, Self love, self care, mindfulness and much much more. Always learning always growing.
