We approach humanity, mental health and spirituality in a holistic and often multidisciplinary way. The Sanctuary offers regular guided meditations, psychological and psychospiritual group-work focusing on different aspects of the human experience, and host special guests to support our calling to heal and to elevate individual, collective and planetary consciousness.📿🌖💚 Recurring Series and Events: 1- Your Therapeutic Sanctuary, with varying healers and therapists 2- Soulful Life Coaching with Mahita and Sam 3- The Love Vibration, with Mahita, Giovanni & Mamta 4 - Psychospiritual Group Work, with Zen Master Jion and Mahita 4- Right Relations, with Mahita and Joe 5- Spirit of Art Room with a range of international artists and guests. 🙏🏻🌞🌖🌿
