Visual artist, healing her mind and body through growing a forest of trees in oil paint and the digital sphere in her London studio. Working on an exciting way to share the mindful sketching techniques that helped her through PTSD with others.
Lover of trees, art shops, the colour viridian green, gin, arty discussions and all things swimming.
Exploring life as a disabled wife and mum and on a journey to heal my mind and body from the ups and downs of life.
