Divorce Revolutionary | Author | Psychologist | Coach | Unapologetic Introvert

I live with my ex-husband, his wife, and our 2 teenagers (+ 2 dogs & a bearded dragon). It’s not just a phase, we’ve been doing this for more than 10 years now.

She and I aren’t sister wives, although we sometimes joke about it, and he’s been known to say it’s like he has 2 wives with none of the fun. 🙃 Our divorce is not a tragedy. In fact, it just may be our greatest accomplishment.

I share my story to show there are alternatives to the traditional script of divorce.

I’ve recently published a book, Divorce by Design: What If Staying or Leaving Aren’t Your Only Options? It tells the story of how I created a better divorce, and guides you through the process of designing your own creative solution that’s right for you.

I’m also the author of Business Chemistry: Practical Magic for Crafting Powerful Work Relationships and the Business Chemistry Blog, both of which are part of my role at Deloitte, There I help leaders and teams solve problems more creatively and work better together by exploring how their working style differences can serve as strengths rather than barriers.

I live in New Jersey and have strong Minnesota roots.
