I am the coach you call when you are challenged by ADHD symptoms.
By exploring the struggles you are experiencing, I am able to partner with you to identify what has not been working and hold space for you to seek out what can work.
Once identified, I offer one-to-one coaching sessions aimed towards realising you can make small changes to overcome these obstacles.
The awareness that YOU CAN create strategies to consistently make long lasting change is invaluable.
The key is providing a non-judgemental and compassionate environment where we brainstorm together for strategies that work to make the impossible possible.
