๐ปBack in my early 20โs I began to suffer from this thing called Anxiety. My family said it was โall in my headโ and that โit wasnโt realโ. Feeling alone and not being able to talk to anyone about what I was feeling was hard. I had to navigate theses waters alone. Then after giving birth to my second child I suffered severe postpartum depression and found myself alone again trying to figure it out. I did go for therapy but that only helped for the 45min I was in the office. I had to learn how to cope and overcome.
