I specialize in empowering clients create healthier habits holistically through lifestyle, nutrition, and herbs via 1:1 and group coaching.
I have a passion for holistic health and wellness after turning my entire lifestyle upside down from my own health struggles almost ten years ago.
I have tested, tried, and researched hundreds of natural products, herbs, and wellness lifestyle trends and protocols in order to help others shift their lifestyles.
I also create content for food, natural product brands, and restaurants and hotels - photography, recipe development, blog writing, and social content and have been doing so for nine years. I have partnered with dozens of brands in the natural food and wellness space for content creation, recipe development, and photography.
I have a degree in Culinary Arts and over ten years of experience in luxury five star and five diamond hotels, creating unique experiences and recipes. My love for hospitality is rooted deeply, and I seek out the best spas, eats, hot springs, and adventures wherever I visit!
