I took my high school classroom gradeless in 2006 and never looked back.
WHY? Because I want ALL kids to cross the stage with dignity, purpose, and options.
I now support teachers in collaborative inquiry and also can help you teach decision making skills to your students (or school leadership!). Making decisions well helps kids exercise their agency and become who they want to be.
