You are seen; you are heard.: If you are admitted to the stage, the moderators will make every effort for you to be heard. Be present as others are sharing and know we will hold space for you to share as well.
Lead and listen with love.: Our rooms can become vulnerable spaces. Allow people to finish their thoughts and give the benefit to those who share.
Zero tolerance for intolerance, hate speech or unkindness. : To allow for openness within the space, we have to co-coreate a safe container. Any violator of the safe space will be reported immediately.
