helping parents to walk through personal healing ❤️🩹 so they can live a new day in a new way 🌄 for sustainably raising financially-independent 💰, community-engaged special needs children according to their unique and divine design 🥰.
I focus heavily on helping women to care for themselves ❤️🩹, first, so they are able to guide 👩🦯 and support their children from a place of flow 😌 and overflow 🌊 vs depletion 😥.
Through walking through my own trauma recovery journey 🛣️ and tools 🛠️ that have helped my own body 💃.
I now support other moms and women to identify (and heal from) #theBig3 of #insomnia #anxiety and #depression, so they can get to the starting block to do all the things they desire and are meant for.
I have also obsessively research the adhd, ASD, anxiety, dyslexic, dysgraphic, PDA brain, test methods and tools that exist for understanding and supporting those learners, so overwhelmed but dedicated parents don’t have to.
I’ve created:
1. the M4 Model to support parents needing conflict resolution tools with special needs teens
2. Two-week mini-mastermind to help women unlock the first step to establishing a non-negotiable routine.
We work on parental perspective and mindset shifting, understanding the impact of challenges such as executive functioning and working memory on children’s learning, and fostering peacemaking routines to de-escalate emotional dysregulation so families can move forward and thrive vs. just survive.
My mission: Help 🤝every special needs child have an independent, vital life & living according to 🕵🏻♀️their divine ⛪️ design with purpose, passion and impact.
To share and teach routines/rhythms my own body, heart, and mind, and home has embraced to step into our inherent giftings, and the life we are meant for.
