発達障害、自閉症、自閉スペクトラム症、ASD、アスペルガー症候群など、ネガティブな名前は使いません。私は病気でも、不良品でもないから。過敏だったり、疲れやすかったり、人間関係が苦手だったりしますけど、ユニークなことを思いついたり、他の人たちが気づかないことが見えたりすることがあります。
💠自閉スペクトラム・ADHD・ディスレクシアなどがネガティブなレッテルではなく「持って生まれたユニークな特性🎁」と捉えるための手がかりになることを強く願います。「違い」を受け入れ理解し、寄り添いながら励まし合えるコミュニティを目指します。
