❣️I’ve loved training yoga teachers, yoga therapists and healthcare providers to help their clients as they heal from anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, addiction, depression, overwhelm, weight gain and burnout for over 25 years.💓 I specialize in educating healthcare practitioners to assist their clients who are experiencing mental and physical health challenges, Auto-immune diseases and CNS dysregulation.

💛Creator of a Mobile App designed to help healthcare providers and their clients track mental and physical life patterns, and then give customized interventions that help to reduce anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, burnout and depression. 💙🤍❤️ being released spring 2021.

Our Clubhouse Club is called “Yoga Therapy Club.” We welcome moderators who would like to teach podcast style yoga therapy lectures and offer therapeutic practices including postures, breath work and meditation for specific mental health and nervous system disorders. This piece might be recorded with advance notice. We include a conversation about the practice experience after the practice. The discussion after will never be recorded.
