Bio

My personal life and corporate experience of 31 years in business leadership and talent development have been full of experiential learning. In this journey, I have experienced my share of successes and failures!

Staying curious, seeking help and support, extensive research, inner work, and applying education have served me quite well.

My discoveries, application of new learnings on self and several large organisations have given me evidence and confidence to offer life-changing learning journeys.

My primary mission is to encourage leaders to make purpose-driven decisions, dealing with real-life business scenarios and personal challenges.

After an enriching corporate experience of 26 years with organisations like GSK, GE, NIS-NIIT, Wipro, Cognizant and Infosys BPM, I decided to become a Wholistic Leadership ™Enabler in 2016.

What is Wholistic Leadership™?

Several pieces of research by MIT & likes studying eroding, enduring & emerging leadership behaviour clearly tells that it will take leaders to be purpose-driven, passion-nurturing, humble, inclusive, empathetic, authentic & data-driven to thrive in the future. Therefore, I can say with complete conviction that the Wholistic Leadership development framework will support, answering some of your core questions such as:
