Abiodun Osoba is an International Business Agility Coach and Trainer. She believes that being Agile is about a state of heart beyond being about a mere state of mind; It is this heart that makes Transformation happen and evolve until it becomes an organic interwoven part of a company's culture and employee default behavior.
She has spent the last 20 years of her life as a Management Consultant, crossing industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunication, entertainment, non-profit, utilities, education, legal, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and of course IT. Her sweet spot is Organizational Transformation, not just because of her experience in adapting Agile best practices to an organizations ideal state. Put simply, there is nothing greater than starting to see all the “arhah” moments happening with teams, executives, and middle management. It tends to be like a domino effect that had once seemed impossible.
Abiodun is also an experienced executive Agile coach, trainer, and international speaker. She specializes in advising organizations on how to work with Agile at scale, business agility and leadership coaching. She supports sustainable Agile transformations through the delivery of structured programs to build internal Agile capabilities.
She partners with other groups and colleagues to help deliver value whenever and wherever she can. Abiodun is blessed to go to work every day pursuing one of her many passions. She shares it with others through training, coaching, writing, and mentoring. She loves to learn from others and share ideas.
