Hotelier/Hospitality Entrepreneur,passionate, dedicated about distinctive concept development for over twenty years, Baaghil is the creative mind behind world-leading hotels and restaurants, renowned for their personality, culture and emotionally engaging nature. His track-record includes working with The Beau-Rivage, Geneva, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts -San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC-, Starwood Hotels & Resorts -St. Regis, NYC-, MGM Resorts -Las Vegas, Biloxi -and The Williamsburg Inn Virginia, modeling a country estate by John D. Rockefeller. Baaghil served as senior member of the food and beverage advisory board of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as the Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Financial Street, Beijing.

In 2011, post his tenure as General Manager of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts,Baaghil worked as an independent hotel consultant and joined forces with Bruno Contreras former Executive Chef Michelin Star Restaurants in 2016 to found Harvest Cotton Tale ( HCT ), Hospitality Group in Lisbon, Portugal with current projects of hotels/restaurants in Lisbon, Cairo, Dubai, Hamburg and Munich.

Abdul graduated with a Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland -Swiss Hotel Association-and a BS degree in Business Administration from EU Business School in Montreux, Switzerland.
