We discuss freely within ourselves through mental-health and speak to like-minded creatives about balancing our well-being, dealing and exerting away from pressure, does cultural matters and religion involve within our mental health, as well how do we deal with balancing work throughout times when clients expect heavy deadlines within us? Come through and let’s express our emotions. A place for us to rekindle our minds and revitalise our energy with positivity and love ❤️.
