Undoing Self is an ongoing series of clubhouse rooms Through which we will explore many emotions that we have. Understanding our own emotions and to explore different ways to undo these emotions and remove obstacles that stand in the way of our progress in life. By this process the true self at the center of one’s core being can be explore. We will explore many different emotions to uncover the obstacles and to have a better understanding of self. I wish for everyone to benefit from this understanding and to share their views of self and emotions.
