The Tweens to Healthy Teens Club is aimed at parents of 7-13 year olds and hosted by Debi John, founder of Play Healing - helping you to PAUSE, PLAY and CONNECT with your child in this fast paced digital world. It’s so hard being a parent especailly  with the added kick in the gut that a screen seems far more interesting than anything or anyone else.
🌿However, now is the time to lay the foundations for our families future fostering deeper connection and building resilience and wellbeing before they hit the challenge of life as a teenager.
🎬With experience in the music industry and a child currently performing in theatre and film Debi is passionate about protecting the mental health of young performers and speaks about this regularly. 

🥳Debi understands how to raise creative, confident children and is a parent of two girls aged 15 and 13 and the eldest of 6 kids. She holds a Post Graduate in Therapeutic Play and Theraplay training. Debi coaches parents on how to connect with their children through play and understands the mindfield of the digital world that surrounds our kids after 20 Years in Education.
