Negotiation Coach DEI Practitioner 👸🏽 Hi, my name is Elizabeth 🇭🇹 and I am a lawyer turned coach. I wear two important hats: (1) I’m a Negotiation and Conflict Resolution coach for Black women in Corporate America and (2) DEI practitioner, trainer and consultant for large organizations that want to enhance their marketplace value proposition.
