After seven pregnancies, Vicki experienced so many bodily changes that it inspired her to start talking about them to help other women to understand their bodies better.

Unfortunately, five of Vicki’s pregnancies ended in miscarriage which really knocked her confidence. Not wanting miscarriage to affect her at work and in life led her to discovering healing techniques which helped her to grow In confidence once more.

Vicki is passionate about helping women, supporting them in re-discovering their confidence so that they can step forward into their full empowerment once more.
