Survivors of trauma have come together to discuss topics in our community that are considered taboo and have stigmas attached to them. We want to challenge the shame, blame, and naming attached to women who have experienced said subjects. Our mental health & survival depends on us living our authentic truth. We wish to let you know that our members are not alone someone has lived and experienced the same trauma. We are here to speak our truth, heal listen, support, uplift each other and promote selfcare, positive mindset, and nurture our mental health. We challenge all social constructs : sexism, ableism, colorism, racism and tribalism

This will be a safe space for our sisters to share their traumas with one another share their lived experiences our own way, validate our feelings, heal and to spread awareness and have difficult discussions surrounding sexual assault, child abuse, incest, domestic violence, divorce, substance abuse & addiction, FGM; pre-martial sex, wedlock, extra-marital affairs, polygamy, sex in marriage, arranged marriages, interracial marriages; separation; post-partum depression, absentee mothers; daddy issues; abortion, miscarriages & infertility, sihir& evil eyes 👀, grief & death and how this affects our mental health and the path for healing.

This platform is gender inclusive.
Men can join, listen, and are able to speak but this space is for women’s voices and experiences to be amplified and the sisters healing circle will NOT be dominated by men. Sisters can ask Q/A from the healing circles. 🔉Periodically we will invite professionals in these fields to guide the discussion and give us tips on how to heal and protect ourselves.........
