I’m here to connect with a community of cycle breakers & self healers, which is why I just launched @BrownGirlCycleBreakers.

I host a bi-monthly discussions every other Sunday at 10 am PST, centering the difficult and taboo topics that affect brown girls as they break cycles of intergenerational trauma. If you have a topic you would like to discuss in the room, please contact me and we will set it up!

I’m a first generation ABCD, born in Brooklyn, raised in Southern California (Orange County & Los Angeles). Growing up, I was so used to being the token brown girl, that I didn’t begin to really question it until my late 20s. I’m a conscious consumer who loves supporting WOC/ POC entrepreneurs & small businesses.

I work as a speech language pathologist. Functional, person centered, & inclusive therapy is my jam.

I’m actively unlearning & uprooting stigmas related to depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, therapy, PPD, intergenerational trauma, estrangement, interracial relationships, & being a Desi divorcée with a child.

I love discussing advocacy & accessibility within healthcare in relation to marginalized communities, wellness, coparenting, mindful parenting, decolonization, yoga, & diversity in speech language pathology.

I’m passionate about personal development, dismantling white supremacy & challenging the deep-rooted misogyny/patriarchy within myself & the South Asian diaspora.
