As a Certified Life Coach, Plant-Based Food Consultant, love enthusiast, I wear many hats. Primarily, I offer perspective in these areas, I mainly help people transition into a plant-based/vegan-friendly meals and offers consultation for clients online. 🇺🇸

Before embarking on his Plant-Based Lifestyle journey, I spent 10 years in the United States Navy (defending the free world and visiting various ports of call). While in the Navy, I was stationed in several duty locations, including four years at Polaris Point, Guam and nine years at Subase Pearl Harbor, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. I had dreams of retiring from the Navy, but unfortunately, a freak gym accident would forever alter his course of history (was retired anyways). Unfortunately, I was ultimately discharged because of his injuries, but given a greater purpose for helping others.
After a successful Navy career, I embarked on a career in Human Resources. As a career Human Resource Specialist, for the past 20-plus years, I now help Federal Employees with all their personnel needs providing HR solutions and services.
I was educated in the Baltimore City Public School systems, as well as attending the undergrad studies at the Community College of Baltimore County and the University of Baltimore.
I, am very spiritual person, as a Christian enjoys sports, an avid reader, drawing, writing (poetry, anyone?) and traveling, by boat, plane, train or just jumping in the car taking long drives to nowhere.

Let’s be clear, my desire is not to pimp or pervert the gospel, but He Saved me, to Serve Him, to Sow His word.
