Are you ready to change the world with ease, abundance, and joy?

Hi! I’m Kim Romain - part leadership coach, part business strategist, part heart-centered mentor for individuals who are building organizations and lives that change the world.

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to make the world a better, kinder, and more humane place to live.

I tried to impact change as an attorney, nonprofit and corporate executive, in events management, education, and even my work in the theater world. I wrote treatises, articles, and designed curriculum on LGBTQIA+ rights, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, gun control, and workplace equity and inclusion (to name a few).

For over 20 years, I’ve done good work in the world.
I’ve advocated, raised awareness AND millions of dollars.

And yet, I have also seen the injustices, inequities, and inefficiencies of a multitude of systems that prevent or hinder people from making the impact the world truly needs and deserves.

My multi-passionate, multifaceted experience has perfectly prepared me for this moment in history. My heart, instincts, and intuition have led me here, at a time when purpose-driven individuals, conscious leaders, heart-centered entrepreneurs, and their teams, are hungry for a new way forward.

Now is the time to
✔️disrupt what hasn’t been working for so many for much too long,
✔️take action based on reflection, growth, and deep awareness, and
✔️step into vulnerable, authentic leadership based on our shared human experiences.
