My passions are with all things people. In collaboration with his incredible wife, he has two wonderful kids, a 18 year-old son and a 15 year-old daughter who make me distinctly qualified to be the Dad.
At work, I support a wonderful tribe who has taught me to learn, inspire and grow as the Assistant Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at the fantastic University of Miami and Health System โ UHealth.
I cherish the time to write about HR, leadership, daily life. Thanks to my tribe, colleagues, network, and family, I always have plenty of material. Writerโs block is never a problem. Some say I can be very funny, sometimes serious but always authentic.
