Thanks for stopping by my bio! My name is Jenni Schierman. I’ve been in the Motorsports industry in some form for over a decade.

I worked in training and development for companies like Kawasaki USA and Nissan North America/INFINITI.

I hold a masters in executive coaching and run my own coaching and consulting business. I primarily work with athletes and teams in the Motorsports industry, but also do some executive coaching.

My approach is very holistic. I believe coaching is an art form and the client ultimately knows what is best for him/her.
