My background is in depth psychology. I work with folks to foster meaning and purpose in their lives by cultivating self-awareness and identifying wounding patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is trauma informed and focuses on the therapeutic relationship across difference; working with ancestry and lineage as well as integrating the intersectional variables related to sexual orientation, gender identity and representation.I am interested in how intersecting systems of oppression impact the therapeutic relationship and concepts of health and healing.
