🤓Doctorate in clinical psychology. Institute of psychiatry, psychology and neuroscience/ kings college London.
🇸🇦Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
🧐I work across the board with common mental illness but specialise in psychosexual therapy, complex trauma and psychosis.
😎I use an eclectic, holistic and integrative approach to formulate the clients difficulties. I utilise pure models or an integrative form based on CBT, psychodynamic, narrative therapy and compassion focused therapy.
😍I am Passionate about mental well-being and providing psychoeducation to the community in person and through social media
👌🏼I also Provide a space for Consultations geared towards understanding the clients psychological needs then guiding and directing them to a suitable and qualified therapist minimising therapist/ clients mismatch.
🧐I Provides supervision to therapists and colleagues.
