-what is my “loop”?
-is it a “Fk Yes or a Hell No”?
-Where does my joy lay?
-How and what do I do to find Joy and stay connected to it?
-What is Love?
-When I close my eyes, right as I begin to fade into sleep, Whom am I?
-What is my story?
-What is the matrix?
-How do we begin to bend it? (what is the difference between meditation and co creation)
We will review with grace, the good the bad the oooglay🤷🏻♀️❤️
We all have “stories”and sharing our courage, our trials and our experience, and above all our successes, these “moments” will shed light for someone else. Create new truths in someone else’s life, the momentum builds and we grow learn and unlearn together.
✨What I do? ✨
I work in highschools (teaching teens because We need to change the way we teach and the way we inspire. Creating a healthier and more loving world. I also work anywhere I am called to be, schools, studios, zoom, corporate, festivals, anywhere my heart finds connection.
Planting seeds of change, incorporating intensive programs built around “inner healing / work” as well as yoga and meditation. While truly retraining (CO CREATING) the process of the mind in our daily lives and connecting to the heart of the “I Am”
