We are together, 12 years this July and married 8 years this August 2021! We have two sons; a marine, and a police officer. We have two chihuahua’s and they have a younger brother a Blue Great Dane.

2021 has to be our year right! Not just ours, but all of ours!? Right!!???

I am a Trauma Coach and also work full time in D.C.

Shawn Sarah is a Life, Health & Fitness Coach. 2 x Black Belt in Kickboxing.

We are both in our 50’s I am a Leo/Cancer cusp and SS is a Cancer. We take long walks at sunset on the beach! No we do not... but....

NOTE: We need help spreading the word about Trauma, Genetics, Stress and the effects it has on our children! Folks we have a serious problem and our children are the ones taking the brunt of it, and our point could be why! Ask us!!
