Professional Experience

Equipped with a Master‘s Degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Vienna I started working in IT. I gained practical experience throughout my career in all technical aspects but also on Business Analysis and Business Design, Methodologies as well as various Leadership roles.

In January 2008 I was appointed people manager and lead a group of IT-Specialists. During my career I held different leadership roles within IBM Austria and Switzerland.

After being Project Manager in the logistics industry leading transformation projects I was appointed as Project Executive for IBM Account Austria. I was responsible for a local organisation of 45 practitioners managing projects for IBM with teams greater than 200 people in Romania, India, and China.

In 2013 I was appointed Application Management Services Leader Austria leading a team of 200 employees responsible for managing small projects as well as big outsourcing projects.

2014 until 2016 I successfully lead the Business Analysis work stream of the IT-Transformation of one of the biggest Austrian insurance companies as Head of Business Analysis and Business Design.

2016 until 2018 I was leading the largest Core Insurance Transformation program in Austria as the Program Manager.

Since August 2018 I am leading the implementation of an Insurance Platform transforming the client’s business to target the TPA-market. I was appointed Partner and absorbed the role of the Lead Client Partner being accountable for a revenue stream of approximately 100 Mio € per year.
