I wish it was more openly discussed that healing movement and working out exercise have different qualities
Too often I see people using the foundations of working out and applying them to healing their body
โจWhen regenerative exercise follows completely different principles!โจ
Even in the 7 years of studying it took to get a Doctorate of Physiotherapy these points were hardly emphasized
...even though science fully backs it

Now I work with people who have chronic illnesses and injuries
I see that most of their journeys are full of confusion and contradiction
...just like the one I went through too
When the reality is, health is fairly simple and straightforward
...movement is just over complicated these days ๐
