Our current prevailing context is fear and survival. What if we flipped that to love and creation?

BREATH OUT: prevails on earth, now, for everyone and everything.

REPEAT... (One breath makes a difference.)

6 breaths
Breath 1-3: breathe in for 6 seconds, hold a moment, breathe out 6 seconds. With each breath, go a bit deeper and slower.
Breath 4-6: breathe in LOVE into your heart for 6 seconds, hold a moment, breathe out LOVE TO EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING.
