Where I started

❌ Worn out teacher and new mum with a life changing diagnosis… not knowing what was next and having to give up the career that defined me because of my health.

😁 Successful chronic illness coach supporting others who find themselves on a similar journey. Empowered, strong and in control of my health and happiness. Making my own choices about my own life and owning them. Proud medical mum to 3 strong, confident children.

I am an advocate, volunteer, mum, public speaker, teacher, friend, cheerleader…

With a first degree in biology and teaching I am passionate about teaching people about wellness and how important it is to look after you mind and body if you have a long term illness or disability. Mindset is everything.

My goal is simple - helping people to live their best lives even with chronic illness in it, get in control of pain and fatigue manage the overwhelm and uncertainty and live chronically well.
