🦾What I do
I work with organisations in the IT industry to help them to leverage the talents of autistic individuals in teams by improving communications & behaviours so everyone can become more productive.

👄Why I do it
Discovering I am Autistic with ADHD aged 35 rocked my world. But in a good way! I went on a 13-year research rampage & the skills I have picked up have enabled me to be a conduit between Autistic and non-Autistic individuals at work. Diagnosed formally aged 49.
